Booked this treatment over one month in advance the beautician was half an hour late and had to set up the room once inside her phone kept beeping interrupting what was meant to be a relaxing experience. The room was cold no heater on the table or towel given. Disappointing left feeling more stressed than when I went in!

I got my eyebrow shaped at visage salon and It was a good experience with seema.
She was good with her work and did it according to my expectations

No waiting time, got served right away. Lily was friendly and did my haircut with ease. Happy with the result.

Pitched up at 4:55 for a 5:00 appointment, was asked to take a seat. Therapist attended to me at 5:15 to say she is running late, so eventually started around 5:30. Massage is given with gloves which is the most uncomfortable feeling, a massage is meant to be relaxing. No massage on lower back yet I specifically asked, no massage on feet either. A completely pointless experience- certainly will not be going back even if it was offered free!
