I wasn’t not very happy with the service provided by the stylist Lily. I am very grateful Ozge came to the rescue and managed to fix my hair! Ozge has previously done my hair at Visage, which is why I returned - she’s great! As I was about to pay I looked in the mirror and saw how messy my blow dry was. Through out my blow dry I kept having to point out bits of hair she had missed out. I spoke to the manager over the phone who Lily said I could only speak to after 7pm. I started crying as I had a wedding event to attend and my hair looked horrible!

I’ve been coming here for years. The reason I return is because of their level of expertise and I always leave the salon loving my new tresses. Ozge is great and knows her haircuts and colours! Try to book with her. She’s the best.
