Had my cut with Ozge, she is professional and knows her cuts!
Ladies' Haircuts
The hairdresser lily barely spoke english. Trying to confirm my appointment as well as explaining what I wanted in my cut was excruciatingly annoying.
I asked for my layers to be kept long and specifically said to not make them shorter than the feathers i have at the front, she made it clear she understood (even with the language barrier), and then started making the layers short at the back. I stopped her, but she insisted she had kept them long and then did the remaining half of my hair layers longer. So at the back my layers are not straight.
I asked for my hair not to be straightened but she insisted that she had to to make sure the cut was straight- surely it should be my choice, and you can see if my hair is straight when you cut it wet (my hair is naturally straight)
Do not go to the hairdresser lily!! Although i have friends that have been to other hairdressers at this salon and have good cuts.
I think she could not be bothered as she knew i booked through treatwell.

I had a great cut and colour with Ozge as my stylist. I chose her because of good reviews on here and I was not disappointed. The cut and colour was great, she was charming and very good.
The place itself needs some serious investment and attention internally. They could also benefit from offering more services, for example pedicure and manicure. The stylist was so good and charming. I am sure with an investment the place could have more custom and could charge more.
Hair Colouring
I've been to this salon before and had great experiences but this time was very different. My stylist took over an hour to cut my hair and then a further hour to blow dry it. They were tugging on my hair so hard and I didn't get a single apology for any of the pain caused. My stylist had awful blow drying skills and I was left with frizzy, puffy hair until I asked them to straighten it. I could see all the other stylists could blow dry hair really well but mine had no technique. I was really disappointed as I used to really like this place.
