I was disappointed to see that I was treated differently to other customers in the shop at the time. For example: other customers were offered tea or coffee whilst their hair stylist worked on their hair as well as magazines were offered to them aswel. I had neither of these services offered to me. The stylist barely made contact with me other than what would you like done today. Whereas other stylists were deep in conversations with their clients. A lady was quick to take my coat off me when I arrived, however when I was ready to leave - I had to ask where can I find my coat - and was pointed to the coat rail for me to help myself. A bit of engagement could have gone a long way!
