Room was extremely cold. 3/4 of the time was spent on just my back although it was meant to be a full body massage. A very amateur massage.

Very disappointing. The lady coloured and then when started cutting found the colour was not done properly and applied again .It was meant to be 2 hours but took 4 hours...really really disappointed
