My booking was with Kate however she left early and I was seen by Lilley. No customer service and she kept asking me the colour match for my roots. Very controversial and rude to her other colleague in the salon expressing her negative views on working there and her inflexibility.

I have been going here for years and they always do a fab job.
Ladies' Haircuts
Stylist was very helpful when choosing the correct hair colour.
Also she did an excelent job
