Treatment of customers is really nice! However the hairdresser that I had kept repeating how damaged my hair is despite me saying I am aware and was going to book an appointment. Felt quite insulted after she said it for the 3rd time within half an hour. Not sure if it’s a sales tactic but was really unnecessary. Other than that it was good.
So they cancelled my appointment last minute. I was not aware because i was on the bus on the way to their shop. When i arrived i was disappointed that they have to reschedule it the day after. I was not please coz i am travelling that day. They asked me if i can wait so i did. Coz i really want that haircut that day. To my surprise i only waited for a few minutes and they are ready for me. The staff were very nice and
Accommodating. I thought it was not my day but it turns our to be my day! Plus it was my birthday that day. Happy with my hair. I will defo be coming back! Thanks
