I had a root colour tint did not know they charge extra for blow dry.Staff did not mention about the extra charge n she was rushing doing my blow dry because there’s was another client waiting for her.
Hair Colouring
Treatment of customers is really nice! However the hairdresser that I had kept repeating how damaged my hair is despite me saying I am aware and was going to book an appointment. Felt quite insulted after she said it for the 3rd time within half an hour. Not sure if it’s a sales tactic but was really unnecessary. Other than that it was good.
