When I arrived for my appointment, I was told by an unsmiling member of staff that I had no appointment at all. After her having spoken to Kate, they were able to fit me in after a wait, so that was a negative for sure. When I was finally able to see the hairdresser, the treatment itself was fine. On the whole, I was disappointed as they need to get their booking system in order. Luckily I had a long enough parking ticket time, otherwise due to their delays, I'd have had to rush back to the car mid-appointment to get another pay and display ticket.

I only see Ozge now...brilliant hairdresser always on point and what I ask for.she takes her time to perfect the cut. Have used other person at same salon and had to get cut corrected after. Can only vouch for Oz but nice staff and good value when getting last minute appointment discounts
