Describe your visit to Visage Hair The appointment through Treatwell went all smoothly but Visage then rang to say can they cancel as they had not uploaded all the appointments when this was made. They then rang after an hour to say there had been a cancellation so to come. The hairstylist Kate was good. The massage or hair wash was ok not as brilliant as I thought it would be. At the till I was asked to pay £35 and when I queried that I had come through Treatwell then was asked to pay £29 although the website had said £24 for shoulder length hair but was asked to pay £5 more as they said my hair was longer than shoulder length.

I was quite apprehensive to go there for my first time as my usual hairdresser had no appointment and I was in a hurry for my vacation. I found an appointment through Treatwell luckily. I wanted a completely different style from medium length to completely short. I hoped for a good stylist . Fortunately Peas( that's her pet name) , as her Chinese nane is quite long apparently, made a huge difference. I am very impressed and looking forward to make her my hairdresser totally . Cheers ! Thank you Peas!!

I've been going to Visage Hair for several years now and where possible book my haircut with Phong. He always does a great job. He's friendly and gives good advice on how to maintain my hairstyle. I've got several hairdressers closer to where i live and have given some a go and regretted it! Now i don't go anywhere but Visage for quality, value and confidence ill come out with the haircut i want. As for the treatwell booking its the first time ive booked my haircut through treatwell and found it very easy to use. i particularly like that you can not only select a time for your treatment but also which employee you would like to book with.
