horrible experience. The hairdresser (don know name, its Asian girl) completely did not know what to do with hair. I have a very long hair, thin, delicate and I wanted to just cut the ends because is dry and damaged and she took scissors and wanted to cut down most of my hair! I stopped her at the last moment! I lost time and money because I had to pay for washing and drying. and ends not undercut. Im very unhappy with the service. I do not recommend.
The staff was very friendly when I arrived, i was aware it was an extra £5 if I wanted to have it curly or wavy for a blowdry, but was annoyed as I couldn't have it "very curly" just wavy. This is annoying as a hairdressers you are supposed to cater to people's needs.

They ended up charging me an extra fee. Because of the length of my hair.
