I have been going to visage for 12 years.. Absolutely love it. The staff are so friendly and make you so comfortable.. And they do a fantastic job..Definitely recommend!!!
I pre paid for the cut on Treatwell, the day before my actual booking I was called and told that I was late for my appointment. I told them my appointment was the following day, I will show them the confirmation email when I attend.
I then had a miserable hairdresser acting as receptionist, first thing she said to me when I entered was do not book through Treatwell anymore as I was a regular customer of their's now. I choose to book through Treatwell for the convenience of booking a time and also gives me the option of attending another hairdresser in the area if I think they have better services.
The hairdresser was also rushing my haircut as I was the last customer of the day. I found the service very poor and unprofessional this time and everyone very rude.
One of the other hairdressers was in the past very unprofessional and disclosed something to me about herself that made me feel incredibly uncomfortable about her cutting my hair a second time.
Hairdressers do not dictate to your customers how they can make their booking and provide service with a smile otherwise your customers will go elsewhere.
Send some of your hairdressers to customer care courses.
Using Treatwell was extremely easy to book or to change my appointment - so easy when doing it online. Visage staff are very helpful and polite - making the visit enjoyable - they listen to what you have to say and also give advice which I found good. Would defo recommend Visage and Treatwell.
I really enjoyed my treatment. The head massage I got when my hair was being washed was out of this world and the result of the blow-dry was perfect. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. The only thing that needs to change is the pricing options here on Treatwell as I was charged an extra £5 on arrival. I was already expecting that since I've got quite long and thick hair, but it would've been nicer to have the price charged upfront.
