My hair is straight and therefore normally my hairdresser moves my hair to different directions so there won’t be longer hairs. The hairdresser didn’t do this so the day after I had to cut some hairs myself.

Two major issues with my experience: they did not wash my hair, and they did the whole cut for 40 mins with me standing up. It’s like they did everything backwards: first dried/did the styling of my hair, then cut my hair DRY, and then finally asked if I wanted a shampoo. I will not be going back unfortunately.
