The salon itself is fine and the staff pleasant and welcoming. However the treatment booked was a hair wash and cut, though no hair wash was actually given. This wasn’t too bad as I’d already washed hair earlier in the day, however it wasn’t even offered for me to turn down. Also the resulting cut wasn’t really as requested and had to go home to re-wash and style. Got the sense that the stylist was overrunning and rushed at the end to get to another client. Could do better and will likely go with other service providers in the future.
