Great experience - carefully done haircut and an excellent blowdry by Murrat

They gave me the opposite of what I asked for. I asked for natural and light on my natural dark blonde color. Instead I get a chocolate brown base color with white blonde stripes. In addition staff was unfriendly and it cost me a fortune. Not the experience I was looking for!
