A good service though it was hard to communicate with the person working on my hair as he didn't speak any English. Despite this, I got a good result and it came at a good price. The staff were friendly and straightforward.
Great cut and happy with the result. Staff were nice, but the stylist who did my hair didn't have very good English, so we needed someone to help translate exactly what I wanted. The lady who washed my hair was really friendly and cheerful, but nobody asked about my hair or provided a consultation until after it had been washed - it's harder to explain what you want or show what your hair s like when it's already wet! I would go back because I was happy with the cut, but I would be clearer about what I wanted from the very beginning and before they washed my hair.
The salon is very friendly and the staff make you feel comfortable from the moment you rrive. It's great value for pounds spent and i will use them again in the future.
Good location and setting, but so-so haircut. Went home, took scissors and fixed it myself. A bit disappointed, but perhaps I had an unlucky day )
Good location. Nice setting. Unfortunately, the colour treatment (roots) was done very poorly. The colour was not a close match and was also not applied evenly. It was clear even before the blow dry that the colour was off. Frustratingly, the guy dismissed the mismatch - pretending like he couldnt see any difference - and then suggested that the issue was previous colour treatments (which made no sense!). I had to go somewhere else within a week to get it fixed up.
