My second visit since late May 2018, and the owner cut my hair as I requested. However I was asked to make my appointment 1 hour and 15 minutes earlier then what Treatwell offered me online. This was not ideal so I decided to make the appointment 1 hour 30 minutes earlier to ensure my week was not overscheduled. The owner seemed a little bit awkward as I was trying to make small talk, so I would say that her service has the feeling of being slightly unwelcome and that is why I have given the 4 stars from a possible 5.

lovely stylist, quaint salon in a nice quiet area. super happy with my cut, had quite a bit cut off and it looks great!

Very poor service. I had a Brazilian and thought I'd try this place because it was a little cheaper than my usual wax. The lady doing the wax was rude and clearly in a rush, very very handed, not to mention she didn't wear gloves!
I was left with bruises and red marks which I've never experienced before, and a lot of unwanted hair. Also very painful, I'm used to having waxes so have quite a high pain threshold but the additional pain was due to lack of care and technique. Would not recommend!
