Very disappointed. Unfortunately , the hairdresser was not able to meet my standards and expectations and she could not perform the haircut. I asked for her the blow dry the hair instead she straightened it ! I then asked her if she was misunderstanding me and that I want my hair blow dried backwards not straightened I specifically emphasised that I want volume ! She then replied that was "impossible now " she has already "finished the style". SO I HAD TO DO IT MYSELF IN THE SALON ! Total Bummer! It came time for me to pay after I STYLED MY HAIR , I had to to pay 20 pounds not 10 like specified in the booking . The reply I got was that she "blow dried my hair and that's extra" however style , cut and wash was specified in the booking for only 10 pounds . Oh and she didn't even wash my hair I had styling products in my hair but she never bothered to wash them out before the cut . She seemed like she didn't bother at all very disappointed . Never going to let this hairdresser ruin my hair again !
