It was my first time in the salon. I liked the salon itself and the staff was very friendly. I had a consultation with one person and the actual keratin treatment was done by another who was good but barely spoke English which made answering some of my questions throughout a little tricky. I am pleased with the result although I am starting to think that the blow dry - resulting in all flat hair rather than just removing the frizz - may not be for me in the long run but I will see how it evolves after a hand full of washes. A little surprising was how quick the treatment was - less than an hour - which made me worry that I didn't get the right thing. I was also allowed to wash my hair immediately afterwards which I didn't expect (thought I was supposed not to for 3 days). Nevertheless, I am glad I have tried it and pleased I chose Vita.
