Very friendly staff, late appointments accepted to fit around work schedules. Very accommodating overall - made recommendations based on treatments.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating and the salon was very clean. However, I have gotten better manicures and threading jobs before. The person who did the threading also seemed very new to it, which was made known to me by other people when they mentioned that they didn't even know that employee knew how to do threading (not exactly the thing you want to hear right before a treatment). I think the nail polish they used on my was old as well since the finish wasn't good and they also didn't have any fans for drying, which made it difficult to keep it intact.
I had booked this treatment on a saturday evening, and the Wahanda system didn't update for sunday morning appointments before I came there. So unfortunately they needed to reschedule for me as it was fully booked that day (Wahanda mistake to show availability the whole day). But they were so flexible and offered me shellac for free to appologize.
