Is the second time that I came to this place, but I am a bit disappointed with the staff, I will try again in case because I had a really good impression before.
I had a Great experience getting eyebrows shaped and tinted. The tinting lasted for over 2 weeks, which is much longer than it has at other salons, and ramona is a pleasure to deal with!
This was honestly one of the strangest mani-pedi experiences I've ever had. To start things off, they seemed to have no idea about my booking when I arrived, even though I was in the system. I waited around for about 30 minutes (after being told it would take 5-10 minutes) and was then led downstairs to the mani-pedi area. The chair they sat me on wouldn't lower at all and my feet couldn't reach the foot basin that they had placed on the floor. The woman who was helping then put a stool with the basin in front of me so my feet were up at the height of my hips - and by this time the water was cold. She was very nice throughout this all, but didn't seem to get that I was extremely uncomfortable. When it came time for the polish of both the mani-pedi, the manicurist couldn't get the polish open because all the bottles were so old and essentially sealed shut. When she realised that the colour that I had picked out for my toes was dried up, she subbed the colour for a "close" substitute, started painting my nails, and then realised she should probably "ok" the change with me. The actual mani-pedi was ok except all my nails were different lengths and it ultimately chipped off within the week. As nice as the staff were, I don't think I'll be going back again!
Staff is lovely and welcoming. Pedicure was ok but For manicure it was not that good as ruined after 1 day. I haven't tried anything else.
