Great service and an amazing new find. Friendly, knowledgeable and excellent at their work staff. Took extra time to explain the treatment and everything was done in a very professional and efficient manner. Thanks for the great coloring. Will be back to try other services too.
The Gel Nails got broken after a few hours of the treatment. I didn't have good colour choices. Removing cuticle was very painful. My fingers got gel nails and she didn't remove all. The treatment place was very small and not so clean - I didn't feel relaxed at all. Very disappointed.

I have been to see Carlos for over 10 years. Carlos and his team are amazing. The team is incredibly attentive, I have experienced a consistent 1 - 1 service throughout my entire relationship with Carlos. The wider team are equally as attentive, friendly and professional (especially Faye, Julianna and Lincoln). I travel 20 miles each way to see this wonderful and talented team (I used to work in London), despite many fine salons in my area , I would not want to lose this amazing relationship and of course the great care they take of my hair and more recently beauty regime. The salon offers......... amazing service, great products and a customer first experience. Over the years I've witnessed this fine group of people take great care of their customers, valuing each and everyone - priceless. Once tried, never forgotten !! Love you all !!!
