On the day of my appointment unfortunately two members of staff were off sick therefore I had to wait almost 45 minutes as the beautician was finishing another customer.
The lady who helped me was absolutely lovely. Passionate about her job, professional, talkative and extremely polite.
She did an excellent job with the pedicure and I would definitely recommend that to any future customers.
However, as soon as she started the manicure the next customer arrived and probably, working under the pressure to finish as soon as possible, the overall finished effect was not great. My cuticles were still all there, my nails were not shaped properly and the nail polish chipped after only few hours.
Overall rating: excellent pedicure, lovely lady, disappointment manicure I'm afraid.

Loved that it was quick and easy to get to. When I got there, noone spoke to me though there were only 4 people in the salon. 2 customers 2 staff. After standing around awkwardly for a few mins I finally said loudly that I had an appointment. I was told to take a seat. 15 mins later - and at this point I was very annoyed - I asked again as my appointment time had completed past and I had somewhere else to be - and i was told to wait. Turns out the beautician was with another client. When she was done I was then seen to. Beautician was very friendly and apologised for the wait. There was an issue with the threading however and most of my right eyebrow was taken off by accident. instead of apologising she tried to say it was like that to begin with. After an hour of poor service and long wait times, i just left. Would not return and would not recommend. Shame - as its so close to me and i need somewhere in the area. The search continues...

Sam was very friendly and talkative, making you feel totally at ease. This was my first time at this salon, having recently moved home, and a great new find. Not the cheapest on Wahanda, but still very reasonable! My appointment was slightly late, but there was an offer to wax the top half of my legs for free, which I appreciated, but declined due to having to rush off. Will definitely be going again!

Loving it again &again...will come back again...the staff is accommodating...tells you about the things you should know about the service you are going to have.
