I had to wait 15 min for My eyebrow wax. Apparently the waxing lady just neglected to show up to work on time so some poor girl had to stop working mid haircut to do my Eyebrows. Her name was Neel and she was great ! One of the most meticulous eyebrow waxes I've ever had.

Perfect, thank you! An excellent hair cut which sorted me out for the next month. Best thing is that even in this windy gale weather, my hair is looking fine!

Appointment started 25mins late with no reasoning or apology despite inquiring twice. Once the beautician came and got me I finally got an explanation after expressing my annoyance. Sink was full of hair in the wax room, pretty grotty. Generally wax was good and beautician was chatty and nice - but missed some parts! An OK Hot wax - nothing to write home about!

Friendly staff waxing was ok missed some spots and got a small bruise in my bikini. Timing was normal it took about 50 min for full leg and basic bikini. I didn't like that they had to swap therapists during my treatment.
