I was not offered a welcome drink on arrival. Atmosphere was a little tense. Another customer was on the phone the whole time and the whole conversation was on loud speaker, there was no music do drown out the loud voice.
Barely spoke to the hairdresser as I didn't feel comfortable in the environment, she made no effort to make any pleasantry conversation and neither did I.
The hair cut itself was okay, although It was rushed on her behalf.
