Hi,
I am not a regular spa goer. I booked gel nails but had meant to book a pedicure with nails, I might not have used the site properly - note it shows what is available, not what the spa offers. Because of this I was a bit disappointed because I wanted more pampering (!) but only my own fault.
Lucy did my nails and they look lovely and she did the job well.
The room was on the top floor so if mobility is a challenge you might mention when you book.
I went first thing on the Sunday morning, it might've been a bit chilly in the room without a cardi. Initially no-one at reception to welcome. The drink in waiting area I didn't fancy, but was refreshed before I left.
Overall I got what I booked and I am pleased. I hope my gels last well. I would go again especially to treat myself with my tesco points. It would be difficult for me to justify the prices otherwise. I guess you can get gels for less than £32 hence the price rating, but I didn't feel on a production line or that I was exploiting anyone so maybe that's the difference.
