I was seen by someone other than who I booked without being told in advance and the outcome of the treatment was slightly different as a result- still good but would have preferred usual therapist

The whole experience was amazing, fantastic facial. It was so relaxing, soft music to listen to, lovely warm room, felt like the bed was heated also. Almost fell asleep through my facial. Would highly recommend

It was relaxing and made my face feel really good. If I had to change one thing it would have been to have the option of not having oil in my hair for the scalp massage. It made for a very bad hair day!!
