Had a lovely Swedish massage, pressure was good and it definitely helped with the tension I had been carrying in my back and shoulders.

Ok The Beverly Hills Spa its not, but its very City convenient and friendly. I went last minute choosing it because it was close to my next meeting. Got the deep tissue massage because I am not a fan of the lightweight rose petals and perfume sort of massage. I was not disappointed, the lady worked every muscle. When she got to my spine she said that it was becoming compressed in the upper part and this could lead to pains in legs etc. I just replied "that's interesting". Now I'm not a 'smell to get well' type, but what the lady didn't know was I'd been at the Dr that morning about the pains in my legs and he thought I might have a trapped nerve in my spine and has booked me in for xrays. This says to me that this lady is a real professional with lots of experience of people's bodies and can spot anomalies. So in spite of the slightly tired surroundings of the place, you can't fault a true professional!.

work in the city and visit now regularly to get my gel nails done -they are good value and last a few weeks. There could be more colour choice -especially on the brighter shades but the staff are polite and I will return!
