You have to know where you are going to find this place, it's through a hairdressers and then upstairs. Slight issue with the time I booked in that it had already been taken by someone else but when I called they were helpful trying to find an alternative. Very pleased with the nails, great treatment and the lady really took the time to ensure a good finish and lavished attention on my cuticles! Very happy for the price paid and therapist was lovely.

Firstly, this place is hard to find! You need to go into a dodgy looking hairdressers to ask someone where the salon is. Also it's so tiny. No reception or place to wait. I went for threading and the lady kept having a go at me saying I wasn't holding my eyebrows right - never had a problem before and will gel nails it's not the easiest anyway. The lady took a long time just for my eyebrows and seemed to have trouble with some hairs - normally other places might use tweezers but she proceeded to tell me my hairs were troublesome! Sorry not much I can do about that! Then when I left I realised I was bleeding which has never happened before with threading - hurt for a while. I was given a load of fliers to promote after I said I worked in an office, bit rude! Won't be returning.

Really pleased with my experience at Vitalia - Smruti was lovely and did an excellent job, the salon was very clean and the wax was pretty pain free, will definitely be back!

Very impressed by the service I received, it was the first time I'd had a wax in a while, but I was put at my ease and the results were excellent. It's a very convenient location and I will absolutely return.
What an absolute gem! I am blown away by this place, and the selfish part of me doesn't want to share it, but this place needs to be shared.
After sometime my "lady garden" needed some maintenance. Smruti is an absolute star in pain-free waxing. Honest. A Hollywood. Pain-free.
The value for money is such that I don't feel I paid enough for my treatment.
The staff are charming, the two treatment rooms are spotless, and the products are second to none. No hard sell, no salon products being promoted, just great service, and excellent post care advice.
I'll be going back for maintenance visits!
