Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. My stylist was busy with two other clients, pulling my hair while brushing and using thinning scissors. No products were used during the blow-dry, and my hair felt dry and lost shape within minutes. Excessive thinning left it wispy and uneven, like a frayed ribbon. I didn’t even know what those scissors were until I looked it up
