I booked for 60mins reflexology, but was offered for part of this to be a back and shoulder massage, which I agreed to. The massage was great - I felt like she paid attention to the areas I needed attention and it wasn't just a formulaic massage where everyone would have gotten the same. The reflexology was also great - very relaxing, but with considerable pressure applied.
