A friend recommended Vitality, and specifically Menchita, to me when the previous place I used to go to closed. I will certainly be back! Menchita is so friendly and welcoming and answered all of my questions about my shoulder (I broke it when I was younger) not only providing a fantastic massage, but also recommending a gel to use whey it’s particularly painful and some stretches to do.
