I went with tight lower back and right hip muscles, which I think has been exacerbated by working from home. I can honestly say that the the treatment worked. The tightness has improved drastically. I also loved the neck and shoulder massage and the hot stones! Menchita also uses lovely peppermint and lavender oils. I hope this new lockdown is short-lived because I will definitely be back for another one, hopefully before Christmas!
