Made an appointment for 6pm but on the day wanted to change it to 5pm which they were happy to accommodate. Seen at 5pm no waiting at all. Nice hair wash- chair has a massage feature! Haircut was a simple trim (long hair) which they finished with a nice straight blow dry. All done in 1 hour which I was impressed by as I have very long hair. Overall enjoyed my experience with Clara and for £25 great value for money!

I found the place ok. The hairdresser really didn't listen to my brief and I left with a shorter haircut than expected.
