It was my first time visiting as I'm new to the area. I was made to feel really welcome and even though Alexandra ran over a bit on her laat appointment she was really sweet and apologetic. She listened exactly to what I wanted and also kept me up to date as she went , which was great. She was really thorough and the end result was exactly what I wanted. Definitely will come back!
