Alexandra did an excellent job of cutting and balayage on my hair, she did exactly what I asked for and I was really pleased with the end result! At first I was a little worried that she didn't speak much English but it was not an issue because it was easily translated by the owner and the hair cut and colour was brilliant!
I'm very disappointed with my experience. I had long hair before and my hairdresser complained about how thin it was and proceeded to cut off much more than I said was OK. I have no illusions about my hair - it's Nordic and relatively thin - but I don't like it when my hairdresser makes me feel ugly because of it and keeps bringing it up. My hair is now much shorter than I ever wanted it to be. In all fairness, she did take care to make my cut even and styled it in a nice way after she was done. But I think it's quite unprofessional to not listen to what the customer wants and I will not be going back.
Love my amazing new haircut and balayage! Was exactly what I wanted and looks fabulous! Even got a great snuggle from Vitor's puppy!
