I had a lovely experience. The hairdresser put me at ease and looked after me well. I really liked the ambience of the saloon, it was relaxed and professional without being overly showy or flashy. The (optional) dog cuddle was also a real plus for me. I'm really pleased with the balayage, I have light brown hair so it has lifted it in a very natural way. The cut and finish is good too. I booked the offer for balayage so felt it was excellent value.

Very relaxing hair wash, wonderful blow dry - only recommendation would be to ask which way one would like hair parting.
