I came in for balayage and a cut and was pleased with the cut but not so much with the colour. I felt like the stylist was not very experienced and knew I wasn't very happy with the colour but rather than offering to fix it she tried to defend herself. I wasn't very impressed with the technique used for balayage either as it was quite harsh on the hair. I think you get what you pay for so it was decent value in that respect.
Anissa was very pateient and delivered a wonderful service with creative colour before my holiday. They had also let me rearrange last minute which was very much appreciated. Would definitely return here.
My experience at Vitor's was great! The lady who cut my hair was professional and friendly, and I'm really happy with the result.
I had a fantastic experience! Alisa knew exactly what outcome I was looking for and put so much time and effort into my balayage and haircut. I was really impressed by the outcome. Will definitely recommend to anyone!
