Alisa did a good job and she was very gentle and a nice person to talk to. I had t-section highlights and a cut done. Came out perfectly. I live just around the corner and wish I went there earlier. I will definitely go there again. Omg Nina (Vitor's dog) so adorable. She slept all the way through on my lap. Proper dog therapy at the same time :DD thanks guys!
My ombre was fantastic! Alisa genuinely cared about my hair and she listened to everything that I wanted. She payed attention to every detail of my hair and the products she used really made it feel brand new. She also gave me a brilliant hair massage whilst washing my hair.
The owner's dog made me feel so relaxed and homely and the music that was playing was perfect.

Had a bit of a disaster at Vitor's. My hairdresser didn't really speak English so it was hard to communicate. I had highlights done and had the most horrific first attempt. Luckily, they were very good at dealing with the disaster and re-did it for me - twice! Just used up a lot of my time. I haven't knocked more off the rating because they gave me more time with a smile and didn't make me feel bad for complaining. The haircut was also good - for once, a hairdresser actually listens to how much you want off! Would I go back? Probably not. Wouldn't risk it. Wasn't a disaster in the end though.
Fab! I came i for a bit of dramatic change (waist length and green end to shoulder length ombre) and I'm so happy with it. Such a good job and my hairdresser really went the extra mile. She must have spent an extra hour of her time trying to get the green out of my hair for me. Thanks!!!
