Long hair, got about 6inches cut off which was needed but unfortunately the ends are very uneven and different length on each side. Not a good cut, will need to have this fixed. Inexperienced hairdresser who was not being overseen by any senior member of staff. Cost was £25 so you get what you pay for. All that said the staff are nice and welcoming.
The staff are very friendly and the hair cut (including blow dry) was exactly what I wanted, Alisa listened to how I wanted my hair cut and did it exactly the way I wanted.
Vitors is great and they do a lovely job on my hair, for great value too. The salon isn't the prettiest but that doesn't bother me so long as my hair is nice!
Alisa was very friendly and took her time and the haircut was quite good. It was a shame however that I has to wait 45min even though I had the appointment booked.
