This was possibly the worst experience with the hairdresser that I have ever had. My hair is ruined, my roots are brassy orange but still visibly different from the rest of my hair, my ends are over processed with bleach and grey - green. I’ve repeatedly expressed my concern with the hairdresser but I’ve been ignored and told to wait till the end when my hair is dry - it was visibly very orange when wet! The state of my hair was explain to me as ombré which I didn’t asked for! I was offered a refund but it’s going to cost me a lot more to get it fix someplace else.
