She butchered my cuticles, causing bleeding on 2 fingers, continued cutting when I was telling her she was hurting me. Manicure chipped on 3 fingers (both hands) within a few days, so she obviously did not do it properly. And she didn't even seem to care.

From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, clean, and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional.
The service was excellent and done with great attention to detail. You can tell they care about quality and customer satisfaction. I left feeling refreshed and very happy with the result.

Usually great but this time my toe was cut quite badly and very deep and wouldn’t stop bleeding. Mistake happen though. Usually very happy.
