Do not come here if you value your time and have anywhere to be. First, I was asked to come half an hour later, and then wasted another half an hour waiting as I had to wait before and during my appointment - the venue seemed overbooked and kept accepting walk ins. Also, the technicians kept changing jumping on and off other people’s appointments which also meant I had to re-explain what I am doing three times to different people.

Staff need to be more patient and understanding, if a style is wanted but they can’t do it, ask another colleague.
