Pedicures are performed downstairs in a windowless room so if you're claustrophobic it's a definite NO. What I had hoped would be an relaxing experience at a top notch salon due to the high reviews was basically mediocre at best ie. A couple of my cuticles bled, my manicure was bubbly and started flaking a few hours later and the souls of the feet were so briskly scrubbed with the cheese grater that they were sore the next day.
