I used to love coming here - as someone who has been a client for 4 years, I’m not sure what’s happened but they are always late, their work is awful, the place is dirty and their customer service is no longer in existence. The girls used to be pleasant and the same ones are now miserable and unfriendly. My nails have been terrible the last 3 times. Awful. Won’t be going back.
