My nails look fantastic! I had a soak off and shellac. The nails I had from before (from another salon) had some problems and took a long time to get off but Viet was so attentive and helpful with it. I will definitely come back next time Im in London

I got a manicure and had the appointment but less than 12 hours later, after my sleep, the manicure was already chipped. I am going on holiday and called to ask if there was any way they could possible fix it before my trip and they said no. Terrible customer service! I know these things can happen but not within 12 hours, and they should have definitely taken the time to fix the one nail. I won’t be returning as clearly they don’t care about the longevity of their service and the customers they serve. It would have taken them 5 minutes to do, and when I went in, they were all just sitting around anyway.
