It was way over booked. People who came in for 5pm appts had to wait until 6:15.. when i was waiting for my appt(which was already 15 mins passed), out of curiosity i looked into the app to see if i can still book. There were still slots available in the next 10minutes. This doesnt make any sense as there were people waiting 30minute passed their reservation time.
when i got the treatment.. it wasnt the experience I would expect from high street ken. The table had no towels set up.. the beautician used “already used” paper towels from the next table to wipe my hands.. they didnt even know which treatment i signed up for. They asked me first, i said manicure. They sent me to pedicure chair. I corrected. Then they started putting polish. I said “what about the cuticles?” Then they asked me again about what I signed up for..
But the nail colour selection was one of the best ones i have seen.
