Bobby had free rein to take as much or as little off my hair as needed as long as it got rid of the layers still lurking. My nails had the gel removed that was put on for holiday, over a month ago now, so they were reshaped to recover in interim. I even rescheduled last minute, 1 o’clock today, I changed my pre-booking for tomorrow at 7:15pm for today at 4:30 without any issue.

Felt rushed. Hair wash..1 shampoo..nor offered conditioner...cut was rushed but looked ok. Blow dry ok..not offered any mousse. Charge of £30 average.
