I payed online via the app and when I arrived I was told I canceled my appointment as it’s not showing in their system. I hadn’t canceled. They asked me to pay again because otherwise they would be giving me the treatment for free. I insisted saying I have paid and they should contact Treatwell for any issues with their system. They reluctantly went ahead with the threading making me feel like the bad guy. The lady doing the threading kept going lower on the side of my face. Won’t be returning.
