When I arrived I was greeted warmly and given a pair of comfy slippers. I was shown to my massage room which was a really good size, clean and nice. After changing i was offered to stay in the massage room to relax as I was early and the bed was adjusted for me and was offered a cup of herbal tea. I thought all of this was a great touch as it started to put my mind and body at rest. Tang was my masseuse and she was a bit firm in pressure which I do like but in certain areas when it got a bit much I just told her and she lighted the pressure which was excellent. I work it the health and wellness industry and have stayed at some top Destination Spas and have been to Thailand several times and this massage was spot on. That night I had the best night sleep not aches and pains. I will be going back.
Lovely one hour massage with Elena. I really enjoyed it and slept like a baby that night! She was extremely professional and thorough. Recommended.
What a gem! Lovely very welcoming staff, very clean relaxing venue. Very professional - the least painful wax I've ever had! She extended my treatment to include an upper leg wax too. I will definitely be going back!
Great venue in Acton value. The therapist took her time and was very thorough. Love my eyebrows. Will be back in the future
Exfoliation was needed but man it was quite painful. I understand the concept of removing all the dead skin but to be flinching and tense the whole time because of pain kind of ruins the experience. Skin did feel smooth afterwards. Also my aromatherapy massage was only so so due to the fact that my lady kept leaving the room. She must of left the room at least 3 times during my massage. It kind of defeats the purpose of relaxing when the door keeps opening and closing and my massage gets halted midway. Not sure if I will go back to this place.
