beautiful and relaxed environment, and by skilled and friendly staff. right from entering reception I felt immediately welcomed by friendly staff 'Natalie'. the room was filled with light inviting smell of essential oil. My therapist 'May' gave me one of the best massages I ever had and really focused on problematic areas. I felt completely safe in her hands and skills. I felt like a new person once she was finished with me as the tensions in my leg had improved dramatically. thank you so much May for the awesome work you did on me. I'll definitely come back again all the way from Oxford to get my treatment! its definitely worth the journey!

I requested one therapist a week ahead of time to find out on the massage bed that she will only be conducting my facial, she was recommended to me and the only reason I travelled across London.
The massage started and I was not asked about any areas I’d like focussed on and at one point the therapist just left the room for a few minutes for no apparent reason.
The facial was nothing like I’ve had before, I was not asked about my skin and why I was getting a facial which is what I’ve experienced every time I’ve had one, it was a shoddy experience.
I was not met at reception on my way out to be able to complain, instead there were therapists lining the walkway from the treatment room eating nuts on the floor and watching tv. During the treatment all I could hear was chatter and noise so not relaxing at all.
I paid over £80 for this and feel it was not worth my money, utterly disappointing.
