When I got Vogue Beauty for the appointment time, the shop was closed. When I called the telephone, nobody answered. There was even no answering machine for me to leave message. It was the worst experience I had ever had.
This is the 2nd time I’ve used Vogue for a pedicure. I booked online for a gel pedicure and paid £30, only to be told when I got there that £30 was just for the colour! If I wanted a full pedicure it was £45, so reluctantly I paid the extra £15. Apparently the owner had put up the prices because she was the cheapest in the city centre! Unfortunately, I won’t be using vogue again, one because of the price and two because my feet still have lots of hard skin.
AVOID!Terrible Hollywood Wax! Therapist did not clean the area. Wax put on in one go and was extremely hot. The therapist said sorry its hot the other therapist left machine on too high. Wax pulled off in two tugs. Then she put talcum powder on and said its finished. I couldn't see the results and checked 30 minutes later when I reached my destination and there was hair left everywhere. Not even simple bikini line removed. Contacted venue but no response to date (2 days later). Appalling service
The lady that waxed my legs was very friendly and lovely. However, the place is not ready yet and you could see walls to be painted, dust everywhere and plugs to be put correctly. I also had nowhere to leave my clothes, so I had to leave them on the floor. The service was fine, my legs were waxed correctly. But I was not cleaned afterwards and wasn't offered a cleaning towel, so I had chunks of wax on my legs. My jeans got stuck to my legs as soon as I put them back.
